Create Arabic invoices and quotations
Prepare Arabic invoices and quotations with Thahen AI. Review customer details, line items and amounts before approval, then download and share the document.
Choose a quotation or an invoice
A quotation describes your offer; an invoice records a sale using approved details. Specify document type, customer, currency, items, quantities and prices. Complete missing information rather than approving an invented figure or incorrect details.
Prepare a quotation in Saudi riyals using these items, quantities and prices. Show the total and any missing details before approval.
Use your business identity
Complete the business profile in the relevant workspace. Review the business name, contact information and customer-facing details. Use the business logo when uploaded in its settings and confirm the document belongs to the correct workspace before sharing.
Review line items and totals
Check descriptions, quantities, unit prices, discounts and applicable tax settings. Match totals to line items. Creating a document is not automatic proof of tax compliance or official certification; verify requirements appropriate to your business.
Approve, download and share
Review the draft before approval, then open the generated document and verify Arabic text, details and amounts. Find it in Sales and Invoices, and share its file or supported sharing link only with the intended recipient.
Track payment using actual records
Keep invoice delivery separate from receiving payment. Record a payment when confirmed, then check collected and outstanding amounts in your records. Opening a message or downloading a file is not evidence of payment.
